HP USB-C Dock G5

My Dock is constantly shutting my screens off and on. the refresh rate is at 60hz and should work fine. Its in Warranty. Please Help

I have a Fijitsu Laptop, it works with other HP docks in other locations. It is compatible

I'm having the same issue but with an HP Zbook Firefly connecting to a Samsung Ultrawide 3440 x 1440 display using HDMI.  The display keeps dropping signal every few seconds making it unusable.  I replicated this on a Macbook Pro.  I then tried moving to Displayport and it doesn't drop the video but it flickers ever few seconds.  Flipping to the other DP and now it seems a bit more stable but I'm still not confident this is going to last or even continue to work when I move it back to the Firefly.  I also tried registering it so I could get support and the page says it's not a valid serial number.  Not a great experience so far.
