Hello community, 

  This is a first time for me when I address to you here. 

The main problem is that we have many users where the external monitor suddenly stops working.

We have issues randomly with HP USB-C G5 and G5 Essential on the firmware update side.  The firmware update installation aborts with an error - You can see the error message bellow.

 

We also face error randomly with Thunderbolt G2 but for this I found a working solution here, I applied with success.

 

Can you help me ?
