Your machine is an HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV) which is one of the following over 190 machines

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/product-specs/hp-15-f2000-laptop-pc-series/model/2100381726

For example:   HP Laptop 15s-fq2728TU

Your machine should have SAME ports as the above machine.

It ONLY has 1 hopeless SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

It short: Your machine is NOT compatible with your dock.

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Other option (USB-A) dock :   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05357751
