I was trying to check a laptop's warranty, when I enter the serial number, it just provides a loading screen. I tried doing this with numerous serial numbers, even those I once checked successfully. Tried different countries, still no luck. When deliberately entering a wrong password with the same format, it provides me with an error.

4. Verify Your Internet Connection

- Test with another network if possible.
5. Use an Incognito or Private Window
- Open the HP Warranty Checker in an incognito/private window to rule out cookie or session-related issues.
6. Try Alternate Methods
- Use the HP Support Assistant app, which includes warranty information for your HP devices. Download it from HP Support Assistant.

I have a Brand new HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC and i need to know when the warranty started but the Warranty site failures to find the laptop, I have got several laptops also where the serial number is not recognised BUT i have a TEN YEAR OLD desktop pc which the serial number is recognised. Why is there a problem ? Lenovo /Dell warranty check site working for most even on very old laptop and desktops, why cannot you get this working?
