Product: Hp Z G2 15 workstation Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just recieved a security notice in email about a spi being used to be naughty. So I went through the process and was about to update the bios when a pop window tells me that I am actually going to downgrade the BIOS from 1.22 to 1.20.  Is the problem located in 1.22 bios ver or in a much older version and for some reason the security patch doesn't quite get it to the latest and greatest bios version???

 

Any ideas if I should do the bios down grade or if I am good as I am?
