Purchased 2 HP Z32 monitors from the HP Refurbished Business Site, 5 months ago the displays started to discolor around the edges on both monitors. Contacted HP, and they told me the monitors were out of warranty. (Certified HP products come with a 1 yr warranty). For the past 4 months, I have been trying to get the issue resolved. Get an email telling me the warranty has been corrected, call HP to open a support ticket and get told the displays are out of warranty...this cycle of telling me the warranty is corrected and me calling HP only to hear they are out of warranty is now on attempt number 6. I also need to mention the email thread has 4 HP employees on it, and it takes 3-5 emails to get a response. They seem to respond quickly when I add the CEO and several other executives to the thread...I get a response with those removed...a little extreme....but working through this issue is nothing but frustrating. IF anyone from think they can resolve my issue, please reach out.
