Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Mobile Workstation PC (609M3AV)

Could the HP ZBook engineers please investigate a random trackpad problem on the HP ZBook Fury 16 G9? Stuttering and erratic mouse pointer movement with phantom left clicks. It is identical to the problem reported on the Lenovo Thinkpad P workstation forum here: Thinkpad trackpad issue .

 

While you're at it please also investigate random laptop freezes while connected to an external monitor, usually while the computer is idling, or playing back a YouTube video. The freezes require a hard restart. Windows error log doesn't report an error other than Windows didn't restart properly and a Kernal -41 error.

HP replaced both the motherboard and trackpad: the problems have been solved.
