Product: ZBOOK 17 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So I have just upgraded my memory to 32gb, I have made sure to purchase the exact same spec of RAM - In the laptop the existing memory was Samsung DDR4 2400 speed memory - the additional 2 sticks is Samsung, same speed and timings.
My laptop memory shows running as 2133 speed.
I see no options in bios to change - what could the issue be?

The specs says
MEMORY Standard (from its specs)
- 64 GB DDR4 1.2V ECC or Non-ECC SDRAM (Transfer rates up to 2133MT/s)
- Four SODIMM slots supporting dual-channel memory
- 4 GB, 8GB and 16 GB SODIMMs (for Intel® Core™ Processors)
- 8GB and 16 GB ECC SODIMMs (for Intel® XEON® Processors)
RAM can be 2400MHz or 2666MHz but they only run at 2133MHz
