Product: HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 is connected with wire to the Internet, but when I turn on my Bluetooth headset, it seems the internet slow down.

Unfortunately, you do not describe what do you mean by 'slowing down', so it is very hard to provide an objective response to your needs... In general, i also suggest you update the BIOS and drivers on your business Zbook notebook by running HP Image Assistant and letting it decide what needs to be updated

Sorry, I mean by 'slow down' when we switch the Bluetooth to ON, in the headset. The Internet speed connection (via wired), drop down, and if you for example open a youtube video, is always buffering and not loading. In general, it seems the Internet connection drops down. I hope I explain better this situation.
