Dear all,
I have an HP ZBook Fury G10 (62V63EA) that is actually running very well, but when I install firmware version 01.02.01 REV.A, I cannot install WIN11 DEV or WIN 11 Canary.
With WIN 11 Pro (22631.2506), however, the installation works perfectly. When starting the installation of the operating system the error "unknown processor" is displayed with a blue screen, when reaching the memory image 100% the same error message changes to a green screen.
In the meantime the firmware 01.02.03 Rev.A is available and it does not work with this firmware either.
It works perfectly with firmware version 01.07.01 Rev.A and 01.08.01 REV.A. Both OS, the DEV and the Canary, are installed correctly. I have reported this to the support in Vienna. He told me that if a lot of people call, HP will fix it eventually.
Does anyone have the same problem?
It would be nice to be able to contact someone at HP about this (by email). Unfortunately there is no information from HP support.
Best regards
