I have several users in our environment receiving the BSOD almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I've only been able to grab one error code from a laptop and it is the "Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap" error message. Trying to get more error codes from the users as they happen. Is there anywhere to start in terms of troubleshooting with this error code?

After testing many times,  Edge its not the problem,  HP change on site the full mainboard of the laptop, including CPU and GPU i guess, but 10 days after this change the BSOD returns, I use DDU tool in order to clean all Gpu and Sound Drivers and after this i reinstall all video drivers including BIOS ( installation fails, But the bios show the new releas number) with Hp Image Assistant 5.2.1 , Yes !! the BSOD Still happening every 2 days, But now somthing change,  BSOD no create minidump files, just freeze the computer with fan in max power, no percentage count , nothing.. also no errors in Windows 11 Event visor.. Very band Thing here. I hope HP responds after the motherboard change and this issue has not yet been resolved
