Product: Zbook 15 g3
About 20-30% of our HP Zbook 15 G3 laptops have developed swollen batteries within 1-4 years of use.
I have a number of them right now as well: https://imgur.com/a/Vw6uE66
I'm interested why HP didn't issue a recall for this laptop model. Only "HP ZBook (17 G3, 17 G4, and Studio G3 & G4) Mobile Workstations sold worldwide from December 2015 through October 2018" were included in the recall: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-information/recalls.html
Why is the Zbook 15 G3 missing from the recall list?
These batteries most certainly represent a safety hazard.
