Product: HP ZBook Firefly 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (1G3U7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is a comment more than a question.   I just paid $1800 for a Zbook and the Webcam quality is terrible.   They keep telling me it's my lighting but I can tell you that the 720p camera that is integrated is not the quality that you'd expect from HP on a Business Notebook.

Hello,

please go to windows control panel for the camera and take screenshots of the settings that can be adjusted and post it here. Run the camera app to test the camera and take a screenshot in normal light conditions (put a puppet in front of the camera instead of your real face ) and post it here.

I hope you Zbook screen doesn't stand directly in front of a big window exposed to direct sun. And of course 720p is HD, unfortunately not full HD ...

Check the lens of the camera for dirt or streaks.
