Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7C3N6AV)

Good morning,

 

I have an Hp Zbook Power G10 and I would like to know if there is a way to keep the battery always active even when I am using it with the battery. From the bios I have activated the "Keep fan always on when on AC" function and it works when i connect the laptop to AC. I know that (keeping fan always on on battery)could consume more battery but I notice that the fan only starts when the PC reaches temperatures of about 65 degrees (start for about 2 or 3 seconds and then stops... and again in loop) and I would prefer to always keep my PC nice and cool.
the bios version is HP V97 v01.08.00 Rev.A. I would also like to understand if there is some software to control the fans directly while using the PC.
