Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 (4R5X0AV)

I bought hp laptop in the first days i was facing problem i called hp customer service, agent did simple troubleshooting and assured me i gonna be solved with the updates i believe him in the nmiddle the same problem was there it is been 5 months and i am facing more problems with time and on monday i called them they told me for repair when i was only eligibel for replacement in first 30 days as i told them i let them know in first 30 days and that time agent made me fool and you wasted my time and know you are saying this they only are transferring my call from one to another till ye i talked to 11 different person and no result they are not taking their mistake to not guide customers properly. Hp is a big brand but their services are soo soo poor i never but again any hp produce and never recommend anyone to believe in hp, because you have to suffer. Dell laptops are much better and cheap then hp and their customer service is much better the hp's.
