I been with HP customer support chat more than an hour and not help me, just ask questions about name and address and state will request help to colleagues but not getting back to me. I am still waiting!!! Very disappointed. In my company we use HP but I will suggest to use other brand with better support!!!!  How I can let HP their support cart is not helping! Very frustrating 😕

Please help us with your HP unit serial number, Case ID (If any) or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
