Product: HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U72AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New lap top.  From a reseller, which seems to be the way HP skirts the warranty.  First time unboxing .  A failed SSD is the issue and they claim it was customer induced/accidental damage.   This is a way to get the customer to pay for a repair that should be covered.   The pic of the "damaged" item is a WD ssd with no visible damage.
