HP elitebook x360 1030 g2 running windows 11 pro connected to a 1DT93UT#ABA HP Elite elite thunderbolt 3 dock connected with two DP cables to 2 monitors discovers only 1

Three known good 1DT93UT#ABA have the same result, 1 monitor is found and displays the second does not

 

New known good DP to DP cables, new known good Monitors
