HP envy

My 17" HP ENVY comes apart at the rear right hinge when opening. The same exact thing to last HP laptop. This seem to be a problem with unit. I'm 74 years old and I take good care of equipment.

What can I do to fix my problem without buy a new unit?

my hp envy is doing the same thing and now the back has flexed so much the touch screen is cracked and its only 2 yrs old a expensive machine like this should not do this

yes my back came loose from the hinge and the hinge pivoted and the touch screen got cracked the coump was not usable because the back was getting worse i took the back part way apart and screwed it back in place but the glass needs changed the lcd still works but glass is shattered
