I ran a system fast test and got a battery check : Failed
Failure ID: 9C77KK - 8S3CKS - GXGGRA -C09103
Product ID: 1KT48UA#ABA
What do I do to fix the computer? It will not start up.

You must replace the battery, the part number is as follows
Battery (3-cell, 41-Wh, 3.6-Ah, Li-ion) 916811-855
Use that part number in a search engine to find a reseller.
Or contact a reseller HP
