Hello,

I have a random problem that I can not explain on the laptop of the autistic student which I help.

His HP probook laptop doesn't want to boot at all. The power button's light is on but the screen stay blank, the capslock and the wifi leds blink and the PC makes sounds : 2 low-pitched beeps and 2 high-pitched beeps but nothing else.

Please, does anyone have an idea of the problem ?

Could it be a temperature issue ? Is there a problem with the power supply ?

Hello,

Please, does anyone have an idea of the problem ?
