HP USB-C-Dockingstation G5

Hi All,

does the uSB-C Dockingstation G5 only works with the big 120W Power Supply?

I do have several Powersupplies from HP from 60W - 90W. Nothing of them works with the dockingstation (I've connect to a HP 840 G7 Elitebook). I've bought the dock like used without a powersupply and I though it would work with every HP powersupply. Does anyone has experients to that issue?

Best wishes

Ralf

It needs 120W and it should come with 120W PSU part #  L41856-001 as shown
