Good day,
Hope someone can assist me?
I Have a Probook 4520s Driver is missing What can I do or where can I get the driver? I Think this is also preventing my Web cam to be picked up by any app eg. Camera ...Skype...Zoom..?
I cant even find on Windows Update.
The missing driver Is:
HP un2420 Mobile Broadband Module
Thank you in advance,

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer, would be to try the webcam drivers directly from Realtek.
They only go up to W8.1 though. Try them both.

If that doesn't work either, you will have to do without a webcam or go back to W7.

Hi:
Your notebook is not supported by HP beyond W7.
There is only a W7 driver for the HP un2420 Mobile Broadband Module.
This one...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51001-51500/sp51022.exe
If the driver does not automatically install, try manually installing it as follows...
Go to the device manager, click on the HP un2420 Mobile Broadband Module needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp51022.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
For the webcam, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 Universal Camera driver from the newer model Probook 4540s.
