Product: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

My Hp ID [personal info removed] seems deactivated. I just registered my business  account just 3 days ago and today(14th August 2023) I received an email regarding the completion of my user registration. But when I log in to the account it shows that the user ID is deactivated. I want to open a laptop business support case for one of our employees urgently. Please do the needful to activate my account.
