Whenever I plug in the charger it just shows 0% sometimes it shows battery low with 0%. Most times the battery backs up with 77 percent because I charged it with another laptop and it still goes off,  I try power it on it refuses to power on  and shows battery low.... pls what should I do?

probably the battery is damaged, make a battery test. When turning on the notebook press the F2 key several times, run the battery test and see if it passes or if there is a fault ID.
