Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HPZbook 17 failed Memory Extensive Check, still in warranty.

What shall I do, apparently no HP On-Line support, just virtual agents!

I would contact an HP sales office in your area, although i am not sure where they are in Ecuador... sorry
