The solution is that <there is no solution> to bring a small battery to increase performance.

Battery type
3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion

 

Sorry this is 3 cell battery with low Wh ! So you can't expect long battery runtimes.

So actual battery backup of 3 cell 41Whr is 2 hours ?? Only on battery saver browsing the internet,

  • Any other resolution? How can I deal with it , should I contact hp support again my device is still in warranty till 2024
