Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
QAPTN4-000AGB-MFGGQJ-60AS03 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 1/11/21 | 301 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure |
You will need to install a new M.2 solid state drive (SSD) and reinstall the operating system.
If you can still get into Windows, save any files you need onto a portable hard drive.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the SSD removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the SSD you can use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.

I have attached the instructions for how to use that utility below.
