Can't find that model.
That said, I'm thousands of miles away from your region and my search might be missing something.
Did find this model at the HP Store in India:

No backlit keyboard on the du3038tu model (specifications)
Call the number on the website if you want to ask HP Store about the models they carry for that area.
Not sold at HP?
