Hi all,
I just setup a new laptop on Win11 and Premiere crashes the system when it is used. I suspect it is a driver issue and I am going to wipe it, I just want to try and understand the issue.
I used Driver Verifier and made it blue screen, and the only thing the dump mentions is an HP driver HPkbfDriver.sys. What is that driver for?
Thank you!

Hello.
That driver is used with the "Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support" device in Windows. Latest driver version is 11.1.8.1 and is available via Windows Update.
You can try disabling the internal keyboard device in Windows if you suspect it, just make sure you have an external keyboard at hand.
