Help finding AMD Chipset Drivers

Hi everyone,

Could you please help me find a specific driver?

The driver we need is an AMD Chipset driver, more exactly ACP/KSL Driver version = 2.89.0.76 , 01/27/2021

HP has provided it to us, as the solution to our widespread issue with audio on all Elitbook 745 G6 models (13 & 15inch).

But unfortunately the MSI doesn't work. Checking the hardware, I get as motherboard HP 8584, KBC Version 57.39.00, but that doesn't help me knowing which AMD Chipset I need. CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 3500U w/Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.

We tried to fix the issue, installing all recommended drivers running HP Image Assistant, tried installing manually all the drivers after downloading the specific ones for that machine from HP's website, none of these two solution worked. The only solution that worked was installing the AMD software that detects automatically the chipset drivers, but there are so many we don't know which one fixes the issue, and we don't see the one mentioned above as part of the distribution. Upon telling that to HP, the have provided us with the above driver, but we can't deploy it because it call to specific variables as part of HP's images (c:\system.sav\util\SetVariables.cmd) which not all computers have. Rendering their installer useless. And reverse-engineering it is complicated with all what it calls during install.

Hi:

There is only one AMD chipset driver you can install from AMD for the Ryzen processors...

It is newer than the version you referenced.

This one...Select the W10 version.

Whether or not the above driver will fix the audio problem, unfortunately that I do not know.
