Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Fujitsu P27T-6 IPS display, which is capable of a much better resolution than just the native 1920x1080 provided courtesy integrated Intel Graphics. I read elsewhere that I need to disable the Intgrated Intel Graphics first, however when I enter the BIOS setup utility, there is no tab allowing to enter Built-in Device Options -> Graphics -> Discrete Graphics. How could I activate the Nvidia, than?
