My laptop LAPTOP-E4NSQQKO has a hinge that has broken and this laptop stays at the office and only closes once a week.  The quality does not seem very good.  How can we get a replacement computer for this as I cannot be without.  Also the computer operates fine, it juts does not close and open properly.
