Just want to report the most ridiculous conversation I have had on WhatsApp with one of your so-called advisers. I have been on the chat for well over an hour just simply to find out what the product code is for an additional 500 sheet tray to the above mentioned print. Something I would expect a competent HP employee to be able to find out in less than five minutes, yet he has danced around and kept me waiting over an hour only then to return to a question that he asked me an hour ago to use against me and offer another contact number for this support. The conversation I have kept and will forward over to you upon request, and I think once you’ve read it, you will understand my frustration.
