Hey guys,
regarding a a HP ZBook Fury 17 G7 2G2LOEC#ABD (sorry, english not my first language):
Fresh Windows11-Pro-Installation has just finished, but now i have problems with the Brightness-Fn-Keys (Fn+F3/F4).
But instead of the way i more often heard of (=Hotkeys are not working at all), my problem is:
The Fn-F3/F4-Kombo IS WORKING, but the brightness doesn't change?
If i hit Fn+F3, the small icon (showing the actual brightness-setting, see below) pops up, and i can also change the setting/bar with Fn+F3/F4 without any problems:
But the brightness of the screen is not affected by that? It simply doesn't change?
I have already installed the HP Nvidia graphics driver via the HP support assistand-recognition on this website:
HP ZBook Fury 17 G7 Mobile Workstation Software- und Treiber-Downloads | HP® Support
but no change to that behaviour?
Does anyone know, what i am doing wrong? And, more important^^, how can i solve this problem?
Thank you,
Marc

Hello.
Does the brightness setting in Windows Mobility Center work?
The brightness setting only affects the laptop display - external monitors cannot be controlled.
You need to have the all graphics drivers installed for the brightness setting to work. The same download page contains both the Intel Video driver and the HP Hotkey Support driver. Download and install them and report back.
