Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ep0000 (730S6AV)

My audio doesn't work on this brand new laptop and I want to submit a claim to get a new one or get it fixed. How do I do this? I cannot find anything of the sort on the website or the HP Support Assistant. Before anyone says anyone says something about updating drivers, I have done everything that could possibly fix the issue. Thank you for any help.
