Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Type-C port shows a charging symbol (electricity bolt) and the manual says it is a Type-C with charging function.

But it does not charge with a 65W USB-C Power Delivery charger. Only with normal charging port it does charge.

How can I charge with USB-C?

No, it does not support Power Delivery. The USB-C port on your machine can only does

Connects any USB device with a Type-C connector.

NOTE:USB Type-C ports charge products such as cell phones, laptops, tablets, and MP3 players, even when the computer is off. Also, some USB Type-C ports connect DisplayPort, VGA, HDMI and other video devices to provide video output.

NOTE:Adapters (purchased separately) may be required

Source: page 7 of the manual (document c04919621.pdf) The symbol simply says it can charge OTHER devices.

Regards.
