How do I cancel or change the order?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have submitted an order for HP spectre 15 OLED display but the order is placed with IPS display. I'm trying cancel/change the order for the last few days and not finding any support. I tried to call the help desk and waited for more than 3 hours and no luck. Even the chat person is unable to provide support.  Also I tried the web help form and no response even after 24 hours. Any option to talk to a support person or other support options?

It is true - the HP Store and HP Store Customer Service are VERY busy.

 

Our Community is not a business group - we are not in any way associated with the HP Store, Customer Service.

 

This response is a courtesy - we do not have a way to move people to the head of the line or connect anyone to the Store Customer Service department.

 

Purely an observation:

If the order cannot be changed or managed and you receive the computer,

You have a "return" option time window - that too, is handled by HP Customer Service.
