Hi:
Your notebook's W10 product key is in the BIOS.
You don't need it to reinstall W10.
Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive and another PC running W7 64 bit or newer (since your PC is not running Windows).

Paul, I think NahomGetiye mentioned Windows 11 (as he should) everywhere. But of course everything else still applies. Since the laptop had Windows originally it ALREADY has digital entitlement on the Microsoft Activation Servers...
