I used chat to get a box sent for warranty return/repair on 4/24 and I am trying to get the status of the shipped box because it has not shown up. Chat tells me to call the support number only to be put on hold for an hour and then get auto disconnected at 61 minutes and 59 seconds. Using the http://www.hp.com/go/csostatus with case number and email cannot find anything and says to contact HP. I have successfully connected with a support person once (weeks ago) and they were able to tell me Fedex could not deliver the box - updated the address and the box came a day later. I fear the same has occurred with the new box and chat is unable to provide this information nor provide a resolution.
It is beyond frustrating. Is there a secret number or time to call?
