I have a brand new Zbook studio x360 g5 and it has a cover on the SD slot. THe cover partly swivels outward under pressure but not far enough to allow a card insertion. Do i need to be more physical or is there something I AM MISSING?

Please follow the user instruction below and on page 18 link
Memory card reader Reads optional memory cards that store, manage, share, or access information. To insert a card:
1. Hold the card label-side up, with the connectors facing the computer.
2. Insert the card into the memory card reader, and then press in on the card until it is ƭrmly seated. To remove a card: ▲ Press in on the card, and then remove it from the memory card reader.
