I have several complaints against HP for the way they treat customers but nowhere do they list a place to send complaints; they just don't seem to want to hear them. Please don't direct me to Support; they want nothing to do with anything unless it is a problem with a product performance. Does anyone know of an email address or even snail mail address to head office at HP Canada where I could contact them?

Thanks, but HP Canada head office hasn't been at that address in years and when you call that phone number, you get someone in the Philippines.
(Edited)I will send a snail mail there but was hoping to find an actual complaint department number for them. It appears they just don't want complaints of any sort.
I bought a new HP laptop on Mar 27 of this year. It turned out to be a lemon, doesn't seem to have a boot drive, according to microsoft, whom I spent an entire week every day all day long trying to figure it out. It made me change my password 6 times and wouldn't accept any of them. Finally it got frozen on Can't Find Boot Disk. HP had talked me into a 3 yr extended warranty and promised me if anything went wrong, I would get a replacement the NEXT DAY. It has been 5 days since I got proof that they got it back (I printed out the FedEx page) and I have called many times and they just keep telling me that they will contact me real soon. I am pretty ticked off. They used to be such a good company to deal with.
