Dear All,
Just bought a new laptop HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-ee0xxx
[personal information removed]
Product number: 1U6H6EA#ABB
Model: RTL8822CE,
These 3 specs are the same in the box and on the back of laptop itself, BUT the name code 15-ee0xxx is inside the system of laptop when you see after you switch it on, BUT in the box and on the back of the laptop frame this code is 15-ee0004nn?
Is there anything wrong with this uncompatibility?
Another question is about the warranty,
When I check the warranty putting the serial number of the laptop, there are three different types of warranties; What do they mean? Does it mean my laptop is warranty for 2 years or 2 months?

Thank you,
So, The HP 15-ee0004nn and the 15-ee0xxx are the same series? But, why it should be 15-ee0004nn in the box and behind the laptop, and inside the system 15-ee0xxx? Is this okay? Or I have been fraud buying it?
Is there any way to find out if my new box packed laptop have been used for a while? Like several months?
It looked to me not too shiny, and like it had been touched before. Its was almost 1200 usd.
Thanks,

The xxx in the 15-ee0xxx series is the general Notebook series but each region / country or even manufacturing region has different values for the xxx. Nothing to worry you seem to have the correct Notebook
Did you have to go through the initial Setup upon powering ON the Notebook? If you did then I'm sure you got a new Notebook
Thank you
