Hi,
notebook EliteBook Folio 1020 G1
OS: Win 8.1 64b
cleared previuos fingerprint scans and when trying to register new ones getting an error: "The specified identity and sub-factor are already enrolled in the database" in HP Client Security Manager. How to cleas the database?

Hello @toxikas,
Go to BIOS using F10 at the boot
Login as BIOS ADMINISTRATOR ( If not set, set up under security)
Go to security tab > Check the box Finger print reboot on reset > Save and Exit.
Try registering again.

You will not find this anywhere in the manual. This was done pratically done on my laptop. Hence shared .Just FYI
