Hello,

As the title says, I am trying to connect x2 HP E27m G4 QHD USB-C Conferencing Monitors to my HP EliteBook 840 G8 laptop.

How do I get this to work?

I ask this question because I connected my primary HP E27m G4 docking monitor to my laptop via USB-C Thunderbolt. Then I connected it to the second HP E27m G4 docking monitor via DisplayPort Cable. The result did not turn out well, the first monitor is good set at 2560 x 1440 resolution but the second monitor is stuck on 1280 x 800 resolution without an option to increase it.

The Intel i5 supports up to 4 monitors but I am only using 2 and unsure why it is stuck like this. Please help! Thanks!

After looking on the support page for the HP E27m G4 QHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor I found that someone answered this question by saying that the Monitors cannot both be 2560 x 1440 if USB 3.0 is selected in the OSD menu. I have this feature on and will change it back to USB 2.0 and it should both display the correct resolution when I am back in the office Tuesday.

I'll let you all know if I have a different result.
