Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, i've an usb-c ethernet device (ASIX AX88179A USB 3.2 Gen1 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter)
, when the windows 11 is locked, the pc turn off the usb-c ethernet device.
Is there a way to disabled this behaviour? I try these steps:

- disable usb turn off when display is turn off
- disable battery optmizer

What can i do?
