PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE , WHEN I AM DOWNLOADING HP TECH PULSE IT IS SHOWING " INSTALLATION REQUIRES ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES" PLEASE TELL ME ALL STEPS FROM BASICS TO ADVANCED TO DOWNLOAD HP TECH PULSE.

from what I understand here, it's not the download the problem
"" INSTALLATION REQUIRES ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES""
you just have to follow this warning
you have to right click on the file and click on "install as administrator"
