Dear support:

Today I meet a issues when I checking the battery. for some reason , the power control on my Zbook WS didn't work at all ( I can't enable it on the BIOS with check box ), so it cause at the App HP power manager, the battery mode can't be changed as well. it already influence the WS performance during my engineering works.

I kindly want to know what should I do for next step to troubleshooting this issues  ?

Hi :

quick reply for the previous issues.

I found on the BIOS, I wrongly enable when the AC plug, the PC auto start, it cause the power control disabled.

I cancel the " AC plugin PC start", then I can enable the power control.

now another issues happened is, the HP power manager still didn't works.

I select the "maximum my battery health " on the page "battery charge manager " but the selection can't keep remaining.

when I move the the " battery status " page, the selection " maximum my battery health " didn't show on the page.

so regarding at this issues , it there any good idea for that ?

looking forward with your kindly reply.

the power manager which currently installed on the WS is 3.1.12.0.

the system BIOS is latest one which update at September . 2024.
