HP Recommended

I use an HP laptop, elitebook g11 to be exact. I wanted to limit my battery charge threshold because I primarily keep my laptop plugged in on my desk. I tried changing the setting in the hp bios, didnt work. Is there some other way to do it using gnome?
P.S. I use fedora workstation gnome
