First off, I wasn't told I needed to give my signature till late Friday, the weekend before the laptop was to ship the following Monday. I leave before and get home after the delivery window I was given and couldn't change the delivery. It would have been far more professional of HP to let me know I needed to be home to sign right after I bought their laptop instead of letting it go over a week, on a Friday late, where I couldn't call and talk to a customer service representative but I could have made preparations so I didn't have to lose so much income. Instead I had to deal with HP's worthless and pathetic chat bot by the name of Regie who said he had successfully redirected my package to a Co workers home so a trusted and known person could sign. That was lie #1. It never happened even though, in writing, i was told it was done. When I was able to call Monday and talk to an actual human I was lied to again by some rep who I could barely understand due to the heavy Indian accent. This individual, whom name I could even understand, waisted 40 minutes of my lunch time telling me HP could NOT redirect my package even to a Fed Ex facility due to the possibility of being good at deceiving and committing fraud and theft. Although a Fed EX facility where I would have to show my state issued ID at the front gate which is electrified, with barbwire and has an armed security guard there- can't do. Then, I'd have to show my state issued ID to get in to the main building where I'd again have to show my state issued ID, have them scan it for a copy, receive my package only after I sign for it- can't do.Very insulting of HP to say what he did to me. Esspecially when he and Hp kept telling me that all i needed was a signature from even a neighbor whom I don't know. Secure facility bad, unknown and therefore untrustworthy neighbor ok? Ridiculous!!! Lastly, said customer service member says he can transfer me to his 'solutions' department where an Indian woman tells me they can infact send it to the Fed EX facility. In the end it was never redirected after the so called supervisor woman said it was done and that's where my package would go. Lie #2. It did not. Just like Regie- they just lied and did not do anything. Wednesday comes and I have to take off work, where I don't get paid, and it shows up without any leather/pleather case, any dongles for USB C and NO stylus. All this and I missed out billing 2 sales and losing a days pay costing me close to 2 thousand dollars. Add in the price of this laptop and all the stress and lies from HP and I'm left looking at a laptop I haven't even touched and would rather send back to HP get a refund and go with ANY of their competitors wondering to myself why did go with HP. I will be sending this to their board, the CEO, the CFO (I'm sure stock holders would like to know there money could be better spent) and every review site I can in hopes that people go with someone else instead of the nightmare that is HP.
